How Covid is changing consumer behavior

A recent study conducted by Nielsen and Getwizer revealed how Covid is impacting consumer behavior.
In a recent joint study by Getwizer and Nielsen, 75% of consumers said they would consider switching to CPG brands that care about those affected by COVID19.
The study also revealed that Corona is also accelerating the adoption of e-commerce in the US:
- 22% Ordered groceries online for the first time
- 26% Ordered non-grocery items online for the first time
- 35% Ordered takeout from a local restaurant for the first time
